The primary challenge was balancing beauty with usability.
While the brand operates in an aesthetics-driven industry, visitors ultimately arrive with practical goals: to understand treatments, evaluate credibility, and book with confidence.

The website had to feel premium while remaining effortless to use.

I prioritised clarity as the foundation of luxury.
By combining structured layouts, strong hierarchy, and restrained visual decisions, the aim was to guide users naturally through the site while reinforcing brand credibility at every step.

I began by mapping user intent, identifying what potential clients would want to know before committing to an appointment.
This informed how information should be ordered, emphasised, and revealed.
From there, I developed the interface system using:
clean, elegant typography
consistent spacing and rhythm
clear service segmentation
prominent trust-building moments, such as qualifications and outcomes
Each section was designed to reduce hesitation and help users move confidently toward booking.
The build also focused on simplicity behind the scenes, ensuring the team could update content easily as the business grows.
